Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day

On which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. By e-mail) of your decision.

To comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification before the expiry of the cancellation period.

Consequences of revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us).

The refund will be made no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received your declaration of revocation.

For the refund, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods.

Return of goods

You must return the goods to us immediately and at the latest within 14 days after declaration of revocation.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the 14 days.

The buyer bears the direct costs of the return, unless otherwise agreed.

Compensation for value

You only have to pay for a loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling of the goods, which was not necessary to check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
